Returns & Exchanges

At Solaris Japan, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, we accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery as long as they remain in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that pre-owned items and certain limited edition releases are subject to specific eligibility criteria.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original seals and tags are intact.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our warehouse in Tokyo using a tracked shipping service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our team inspects the item for authenticity and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
